Help
If you have problems uploading a photo
- The MAXIMUM file size for a photo is 8MB!
- Only JPG, JPEG, PNG, and GIF files are allowed.
How can I see the photos that have been uploaded?
- To see your photo submissions, go to the Challenge page and click on the photo to see that full size image.
- To see the photos that other Miniac's have submitted to the Challenge (only available on the desktop site), click on the photos menu at the top and then choose either the "All the photos submitted" or "Screensaver" option.
How do I see the leaderboard on the mobile App or mobile website?
- You can see the current leaderboard on the home page when you're on the mobile App or mobile website. To get to the the homepage just tap on the OKMC logo in the menu bar at the top of the screen.
I didn't receive an account verification, forgot password or account/Profile change email!
- Please check your spam or junk folder.
Please mark any OKMC emails as Not Junk and add esententia.com to your safe senders list. - esententia.com will never send unsolicited emails. You will only receive account-related emails upon request and notification emails if enabled. Beware of spam or malicious emails falsely requesting password resets or other unsolicited messages.
- If you have checked everything and continue to have problems please
I didn't receive an email telling me my photo was verified or my position on the leaderboard changed!
- Check that you have notifications switched on. You can change this on your Profile page.
- If notifications are switched on please check your spam or junk folder.
Please mark any OKMC emails as Not Junk and add esententia.com to your safe senders list.
I received an email telling me my photo was verified but the leaderboard hasn't changed!
- The leaderboard only gets updated once a day, usually at midnight, please check back again after that.
- If you have notifications switched on you will get another email when the leaderboad is updated and if your position has changed.
- There could be several updates to the leaderboard so you can go up and down the table depending on the number of updates and where your fellow contestants have been on their challenge roadtrips.
Do I have to upload a GPS Location with my Photo?
- Not at all.
- The GPS feature is availble to further endorse your photo only.
- The GPS location button is only available on the mobile App and not the desktop vesion of the OKMC Cooper Cruise Challenge.
- You must allow the mobile App permission to use your location in order to upload it to your Challenge.
- The Cooper Cruise Challenge Website and App do not track you or follow your location. The App takes a snapshot of your location only if you click on the "Add GPS" button and only if you allow permission for it to do so, the App will not continue to receive GPS data or upload it to the database. You can Delete the GPS location data at any time from the Challenge page.
I uploaded a GPS Location with my Photo but the button hasn't changed?
- As soon as you leave the Challenge page and return, the button will change to a link to Google maps showing the location.
- This allows you to upload the GPS location multiple times, if you are having problems or if required.
How do I update the GPS Location because it is wrong?
- Click on delete to remove the photo and the GPS link and then re-upload both for the location.
What do we do if we have two (or more) Mini's in our household?
- Apart from the fact you are incredibly lucky, it's totally up to you... you can enter separately, you can enter as a team and you can enter as both.
- For example, if you have two Mini's at home you could enter three times if you want to, you just have to have a differtent account for each entry, one for Mini A, one for Mini B and one for Minis A & B as a team, with some locations showing Mini A, some locations showing Mini B and maybe, some showing both 😉. Just make sure you upload your photo and log your GPS info for each Mini to the relevant account to get the points.
What do I do if I change my Mini part way through the Challenge?
- That's totally ok
- Use the page to let the admins of the Challenge know.
- Then change your profile to the details of your new Mini and then carry on the challenge.
- Unfortunately you will only be allowed to change your Mini once during the OKMC Cooper Cruise Challenge.
I haven't got my Bonus Points for Going to the meetups
- You must upload a photo of you and your Mini at the meetup on the day of the meetup to get the points. If you go to a meetup and upload the photo on another day the system will notify you that the meetup date and the upload date do not match, the Challenge admins will be able to verify your attendance so you get the points
- Do not delete the photo.
- Use the page to let the admins of the Challenge know if you still haven't received your points after 5 days.
